  • Franquette Soirée is a boutique catering and mobile bar service inspired by the warmth and charm of French hospitality. We bring exceptional food, fine beverages, seamless service and luxury event furnishings to private celebrations, weddings, and corporate events across the Southern Highlands and beyond.

  • Oui Chef! Our services are flexible. You can hire our mobile bar, book furniture and styling pieces from our hire collection, or just choose catering depending on your needs.

  • Absolutely! We work with both private clients and businesses to create memorable experiences. Whether it’s a wedding, a milestone birthday, a brand launch or an intimate executive dinner, we can adapt our offerings to suit.

  • We cater for events for 10 or more guests. Rather than setting a minimum guest count, we operate on a minimum spend basis, which varies depending on the service, date, and location. Get in touch, and we’ll tailor a quote to suit your event.

  • We are based in Bowral and service the Southern Highlands and surrounding regions. While Franq, our 1965 Citroën, is limited to the Highlands, we can absolutely travel further afield for mobile bar service and event hire.

    We do not charge delivery within the Southern Highlands. For Sydney, Hunter Valley and further afield reach out to us for a quote.

  • Oui! We offer BYO service of your beverages, ensuring they are chilled, garnished and beautifully presented. Alternatively, we can take care of everything and supply a full beverage package.

  • Yes! Our professional team of bartenders can mix classic and signature cocktails. We can also design a bespoke cocktail menu to reflect your event’s aesthetic or theme.

  • Oui, our bar packages include all necessary glassware, ice and garnishes. We also offer stylish mobile bars to complement your event.

  • Our luxury event furniture is available on a first-come, first-served basis and bookings are only confirmed once your deposit has been received. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred items.

  • With over 15 years of experience in luxury events, hospitality, and weddings—and as locals in the Southern Highlands—we can absolutely recommend exceptional venues, florists, stylists, planners and more.
